RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Every order goes through our hands and is processed by us personally. We will do everything we can to ensure that you are satisfied with what you have purchased online! Should you wish to return something, you can of course make use of our ‘Returns and exchanges’ policy and return the ordered products to us within 30 days. As we bear the delivery costs within Germany for the delivery to you and we are a small company and a fair price calculation is important to us, we ask for your understanding that we unfortunately cannot bear the return costs and that this is therefore at your own expense, unless there is an error on our part or damage caused by shipping! In this case, we will of course also cover all return shipping costs!
